The amazing teacher who healed herself of a deadly disease, Louise Hay, had some great advice about life. One of her favorite phrases was “to take the ‘not’ out!” What she meant was that every time you hear yourself using a statement with “not” in it, simply delete it and see what you sound like, then. As I have been taking her lead, I realized that when I take the “not” out, I also take the “knot” out of the tight noose I have around my life.
If the universe is framed in Love and God wants us to be in total bliss constantly, then the idiosyncrasies that we must change are feeling like we canNOT or will NOT or have NOT. If we are one as God and the universe, then who can say to Spirit: “There isn’t enough?” I believe the Master Teacher, Jesus, was trying to teach us this lesson with the fish and the loaves of bread. When Spirit says there is enough, there is enough—always!
Abundance seems to be the biggest issue with fear in almost everyone. Even the richest of rich have so many bills that the fall of the stock market or the demise of big business crumbling in seconds is always in the back of someone’s mind, even billionaires. What we have to realize is that behind that fear is a knot or a not. Perhaps we think: what if there is NOT enough? Or, I do NOT know if the stock market will do well today. NOTs tie knots in our subconscious mind and stop the flow of love energy and prosperity through you.
Let’s get something straight. God and spirit are always flowing like a beautiful waterfall with all that you need to live a wonderful, joyful, and prosperous life. It is you that need to align with that good and take the knots out of the conduit that bring the flow of abundance into your life.
You have been saying, “I do NOT know why I canNOT find a job that pays enough for my monthly bills.” You simply change the phrase to: “I know why I can find a job that pays enough for my monthly bills.” Suddenly, you realize that you have the tools, the mental acuity, and the truths that will unlock your problems. I guarantee that a change in mind will make a difference in interviews, love relationships, and attitude, in general.
Business owners, new acquaintances, and especially dates can see negativity from a mile away. If you are stuck in your KNOTS, then begin untying them today by simply changing your NOTs to “I can,” and “I will.” I promise your world will change almost immediately.
