Conditions Do Not Have Consciousness #conditions #Newthought #SOM

Self-talk is a great tool to get you through anxious moments. Basically, you ask yourself pertinent questions about the situation you’re in. When you begin to ask yourself questions, the mind begins to view the situation, instead of immersing itself in the situation. You use the reasoning part of your brain to get you out of the trauma. This is a great tool to release anxiety, because one very important fact we can immediately see is that a condition or an effect that happens to you has no consciousness. It has reality. It has shape and any power you want to give it. But the only consciousness in any condition of effect in your life resides only in you.

Yes, some effects appear to have other people in them, other consciousness. But, our reality is that there is only one God, one Good, one Love, and we are all part of that one consciousness. So, even if someone “appears” to be a negative condition in your life, what you see in front of you is a mirror image of yourself. In some way, the reflection you see coming from another person in your life has bearing on you. You may need to see fault of your own. The fault comes up in another part of your consciousness, so you can clearly see how annoying or problematic the issue is in your own.

This concept is not a way to condemn yourself or your life for any fault. However, if you’ve been moving toward growing spiritually, you know that it is a life-long process. Every night before you sleep, you may make a mental assessment of how you did that day and ask for guidance for the next day to be a better, more loving, more compassionate human. Your humanness is a condition, but your spirit is certainly not. The spirit residing in your human body has consciousness. It is with this consciousness we create lasting and powerful change in our personal world and in the panacea of consciousness in the universe.
