In Jonathan Livingston Seagull, cherished author, Richard Bach writes: “Don’t believe what your eyes are telling you. All they show is limitation. Look with your understanding. Find out what you already know and you will see the way to fly.”

Much of what we see with our human eyes is simply limitation, because we do not see the entire picture. We cannot see our grand future, because, as A Course in Miracles teaches, all of what see in front of us in an illusion and is tainted by the past. So, what exactly can we trust in our limited thinking and view of the world?

The only unchangeable facts in the universe are Spiritual and Scientific Law. But, as we have seen from history, most scientific law changes when a new and greater law supersedes it. So, we are back to the unchangeable Spiritual Laws that typically resemble scientific law. These are as follows:

1. All Is Mind. The Universe is Mental, exuding from one Source, which means this Source includes you. All law is based on this one solid principle. If you confess this law everyday to yourself, until it becomes engrained in your mind, every thing in your understanding of life will change.
2. The Law of Correspondence: As above, so below; as below, so above. This means that there is harmony, agreement, and correspondence between the physical, mental, and spiritual realms. There is no separation, since everything in the Universe, including you, originates from the One Source.
3. The Law of Vibration is that nothing rests. Everything moves. Everything vibrates, even what appears solid.
4. The Law of Cause and Effect tells us that nothing exists without a cause. Conversely, everything that does exist began with an original cause.
5. The Law of Attraction. Like begets like. To what measure you give, you will receive. This is not just financially, but also with mental energy. If you spend too much time anxious about anything, you will reap anxiety.
6. The Law of Rhythm dictates that everything flows out and in. Everything has its tides. All things rise and fall. The pendulum swing manifests in everything. The measure of the swing to the right is the measure of the swing to the left; rhythm compensates; and finally,
7. The Law of Polarity states that everything is dual in the earthly realm. Everything has its pair of opposite poles. Opposites are identical in nature, but different in degree.

These seven laws you can bank on, every day, every moment of your life. So, instead worrying about the future or about the mundane, take to memorizing the solid laws of this grand universe. As you do, you will find that your prayers change. What you see in front of you appears different. And, by this same cause, all that unfolds in the future is already perfectly manifesting somewhere in the universe of Energetic Thought!
