Releasing the Frequency of Your Reality! Manifesting a Dream—Part II #becomingconscious #whatstrending #psychology #spiritualliving #dreaming

In review, Albert Einstein said: “Everything is energy, and that’s all there is to it. Match the frequency of the reality you want, and you cannot help but get that reality. It can be no other way. This is not philosophy. This is physics!” Our discovery yesterday was to find something that we desire (a Dream) and discover a parallel thought to match the feeling you will have when that dream manifests. Our first step was: every time you think about your dream, make sure you bring that parallel feeling (or frequency, as Einstein says) to the thought.

So, now, you have a blueprint of what you desire in your mind. You have matched the frequency of that dream to your vision. Every time you pray or treat for that vision to come true, you bring to your prayer and your meditation a tangible, human feeling. Einstein’s physics would say that “in due time, the dream will begin to manifest.” What then? How do we move forward to help this dream?

When you plant a seed, you have expectation that it will grow, because all of your life you have seen plants manifest as a result of planting seeds. That expectation is “the frequency” of which Einstein speaks. You understand that, within the first few days of planting that seed, you are not going to see physical results, even though beneath the ground much is happening to the seed in the rich soil. The soil is your mind!

Your hopes are not dashed when you wake up and no flower is blooming in your garden. Why? You understand the physics of planting a seed. Some bulbs that you plant take an entire season or two to manifest a flower. One time I planted a seedling. With the instructions was a warning that this plant may take three years to flower. Indeed, every year I waited with expectation for my Black Queen Iris to flower. But, three years to the day—not one day earlier—not one year earlier, the flower bloomed in all its magnificence. The flower was certainly worth the wait.

But what if that flower hadn’t come with instructions? What if every year, the plant came to full fruition and no flower appeared? The first couple of years, I would have walked around in total disappointment. However, knowing the physics of that plant helped me stay hopeful in the waiting period. This same instruction comes with manifesting dreams. Some take longer than you would imagine to manifest. So, keeping the vibration strong in the waiting, actually, becomes the hardest part.

So, hope and understanding how a dream works is very much a part of the process of getting what you desire. If I had gotten discouraged after the second year, I may have pulled up the plant and started with a new one. But, my hope kept the dream of that beautiful, rare Iris alive.

So, you plant the seed, the root, or the bulb and wait for Spirit to do its work. We can define spirit here as “the law of physics.” Spirit is often defined as immutable Law. When you consider that, if a seed is planted in the right environment, watered correctly, in the right amount of sun and heat, then the plant will grow as intended. No scientist could argue with that fact. But, when it comes to the intangible, such as dreams and unseen frequencies, we tend to lose hope.

So, your dream must have all of these aspects in place, just as the seed in the ground, ready to be nurtured by you. But, more importantly, the aspects that you can’t do (actually make the plant grow larger, flower, or bear fruit) you must release to the power of this Immutable Law.

Then, the hard part is to wait, while you continue to believe with the frequency that matches the manifestation of your dream. In other words, release your dream to the Law!

Tomorrow, when the small seed begins to show signs of growth, what do we do next?

Why Do I Get in the Way of My Dreams?

I had been praying and doing spiritual mind treatment for many things in my life, including finances, great opportunities to use my talents, friendships, relationships, and actually rebuilding my entire life in a new place. So, I’ve spent much of my time actualizing my dreams—working toward them. As I see the seeds I’ve sewn begin to bloom, I noticed that I am not so excited about getting up to watch the magnificence of God’s action open its beautiful petals to the universe. Instead, I see some fear begin to rise as opportunities, auditions, performances, and new relationships present themselves. I asked myself an important question in the midst of all this: Why am I trying to get in the way of my dreams?

One very disturbing thought popped into my mind: I’m not ready! Or, even worse, as I deliberated with that thought: I’m not good enough! I’m afraid of failure! (It’s as if the seeds God tended to, raised from seedlings, and are now ready to bloom, just don’t have the sunshine or water to get the vital energy to manifest!)

I thought, Really! After you have spent the last seven months reworking your life, getting rid of the dross, taking deliberate steps to create a better life; when God hands you your dream, you find that you are not ready? Why?

Suddenly, I faced the fear that has been keeping me from being the best and most successful person I can be my entire life. I realize that this little boy inside of me is still scared of the dark—frightened of what he doesn’t know. Most importantly, he is quite afraid of losing. He may even be more comfortable standing still than moving forward into unchartered territory.

I have a dear friend who gets very frightened when she doesn’t know directions to a new place. If you drive in a car with her, you will actually notice she begins to sweat, as she mutters, “Oh, my God, what if I make a wrong turn. I’ll never find my way back here. How will I get home?” Before the dawn of GPS, I could understand this problem. But, now, as getting lost is almost an impossibility, even in the largest cities, I find the fear completely irrational.
Yesterday, as I drove with her, we turned on the GPS and as the voice gently guided her through each turn, I said, “You can’t expect your mind to be able to think clearly, when you clutter it with so many thoughts from the past and even into the future.” I didn’t judge her thoughts as fearful. “You simply need to listen to one direction at a time and do it. Stay in the now and see if you feel less tense.” Immediately, she began to feel more at ease in the driving to an interview for the next day.

As I deliberate my own self-sabotage, I have to take my own advice that I gave my friend. Take one step at a time forward. Life simply won’t feel so frightening.

I had a new seminar happening this week—the first one from my book “Uncommon Gay Spiritual Warrior.” I am singing four solos, which I have to memorize, for a huge celebration at church. I am in rehearsal with 12 new songs to learn for a Christmas show. And I have had many auditions peppered into this mix from my new acting agent. On top of all of it, I have family commitments, friend commitments, and a new relationship budding.

Life is full. If I let all of it come at once, of course, it will appear frightening. I remember the old Christie Lane song: “One Day at a Time, Sweet Jesus.” One moment at a time, I can actually deal with on a great and peaceful basis. “I got this covered! I know I can do this! I have practiced my entire life for this moment!” These are the encouraging thoughts we must say to ourselves in moments like these.

Let God’s flowers bloom in your life. Don’t be afraid of success. You are made for success, in the image of God. You are meant to shine the light of power and truth brightly into the world. That’s what you’re here on this earth to do. Don’t let the shadows scare you. Remember: “If you are seeing a shadow, you’re not facing the light!”

What Are You Waiting For?

What Are You Waiting For?

Suffice it to say, life is a waiting game. For most of us, dreams come slowly and with consistent diligence. For others it seems like it’s overnight, but rarely that’s true. Most people have been dreaming their entire lives for what transpires in one moment.

What exactly are you waiting for to fulfill your dreams?

I look at life as a big womb for gestating our dreams. We have ideas that are the like fertile eggs. The world, relationships, hard work, diligence are the seminal power that can fertilize these dreams with inspiration, steadfast certainty, and sometimes luck.

But the bigger picture to me is: What are we meant to be and what are we meant to manifest here on this earth?

If we know the answer that question, the journey forward into success is simple. One step in front of the other. Forward. Keep moving forward. Don’t look back and turn into a pillar of salt. Keep driving forward.

If you are on the wrong road, looking for fame and fortune for all the wrong reasons, you’ll soon find out that though you may achieve some success—because the power of truth is universal and works for all—it will mean nothing in the end.

This concept works with aspect of your life that move toward developing a closer relationship to your divine reason for being on this earth; your relationships, your job, your destiny, your life’s passion, even your fun dreams like skiing or having a home on the beach, could all be leading you to divine destiny if you let Spirit direct your every move.

When something feels right, you know it in your heart. It doesn’t matter if it’s the simplest of decisions. It could be finding a parking space or buying a house. They both have one thing in common: the opportunity to ask your heart’s permission. I believe there is a divine source moving through each of us, whether we have a belief system or not, that live and breathes and moves us to our next step forward.

The only difference with one who is awakened to the idea that Spirit is helping is if that person has taken the time to see things like synchronicities and signs and wonders that occur to give us assurance that we are on the right path daily. The nonseeker moves through life with the same opportunities, but with a sort of blindness to the spiritual help and guidance moving through them to get them to their destiny.

I look for these spiritual signs every day, always aware how easily I could be side-tracked and coerced down the wrong path for the wrong reasons. I’m human. You’re human. We make decisions, sometimes, because our human needs outweigh our spiritual ones. But when we take a higher road in meditation and prayer, we can ascend the lofty heavens and become an observer of our own humanness and keep our own souls in check.

Everyday I pray for that power and hope to help my clients come to see their own personal power too.

Don’t just dream your life away. Take your personal power to the next step and begin to move forward, trusting in the spiritual guidance your heart gives you each step of the way. If you are a believer in loftier, spiritual truths, know that where your heart is, so is God!
